What we handle

Spa design
Layout, lighting and finish, resolved against the space you actually have and the brand you're building.
Bespoke design
Where the standard range doesn't fit. Custom joinery and configurations built to the approved drawing.
Project management
Budgeting, procurement and construction, coordinated with your architect, contractor and M&E consultant.
Ongoing maintenance
Survey-led aftercare and servicing to keep the equipment performing over its life.
Three questions we are asked on every project: how long a typical installation takes, what the warranty covers and for how long, and what an annual service costs. Ask us and we will answer all three in writing before you commit to anything.

The cabinetry is engineered and manufactured by Carmenta. We specify the room, they build it to the approved drawing, and our own team installs and maintains it here — so nobody in the chain is guessing what the next person needs.
